D365 upgrade LCS system diagnostics and environment discovery errors

Hello everyone,
 
I am getting the below errors while I use the option Collect now using Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services System Environment Discovery. I am using MS online documentation for the upgradation and after the installation of system diagnostic service in AX environment, the environment is discovered and uploaded to LCS successfully and then we click Collect now button to push the data from AX environment to LCS but I do not see any job or collector or report data on LCS and we are seeing some errors in event viewer. Can you guys guide us how to fix those or anything which we are missing the push the data to LCS? Below are the errors from event log.

    Invalid column name 'MUSTCHECKINVENTUPDATEBLOCKEDITEM'. 
 
3-     Collector OA_MO_Parameters(SqlCollector) failed to run against target [AXR3].[MicrosoftDynamicsAX]: Invalid column name 'EXCHANGESERVERURL'. 
 
4-     Collector OA_Workflow_Parameters(SqlCollector) failed to run against target [AXR3].[MicrosoftDynamicsAX]: Invalid column name 'REQUIREEXPLICITUSERASSIGNMENTTOLEGALENTITIES'. 
 
5-     Data file PS_Common_POLineCount.xml has exceeded the maximum size limit of 64MB. This data file is excluded from the uploading package.
 
6-     Data file PS_Common_RequisitionsLineCount.xml has exceeded the maximum size limit of 64MB. This data file is excluded from the uploading package.
 
7-     Collector ssss(SqlCollector) failed to run against target [AXR3].[MicrosoftDynamicsAX]: Could not find stored procedure 'sss'.

    Hi,
    In Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services, System Diagnostics includes a native component that must be installed before the service can be used to discover the Microsoft Dynamics AX environment and collect data.
    Please check the conditions for installing the system diagnostic component according to the content of the article:

    Hi Hana,
     
    Thanks for your response on this. Actually we already installed the system diagnostic component according to the MS documentation and now we are running the collector from Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services System Environment Discovery tool and at that time we are getting these all error. So should we need to resolve these errors first to successfully upload the data to LCS environment? If yes, then what actions we need to take on this? 
     
    One more thing, while installing the system diagnostic component we got X509 certificate warning message but we skip and proceed that. So is this what which is actually the cause? I am pasting the error image below for the reference. But after proceeding we were able to upload the environment to LCS successfully from Environment Discovery tool and then when we run the collector, we get the issues.
