customer card add-in not showing measures

I have a CI trial and D365 Customer Service trial. I have configured several measures in CI. I have configured the customer card add-in in Customer Service and added a control to my contact form. The measures from CI are not showing in Customer Service, but I am seeing some other value that I don't even recognize.

Here's what I see on the Contact form.

What should I do to resolve this?

    Hi Lucas

Please double check the documentation for this feature here: docs.microsoft.com

You may have missed a prerequisite or also see troubleshooting.

    Best regards,

    Jeff

I followed the documentation as I configured the control. Other types of controls do work as expected.

    Hi Lucas,

can you confirm that by "other types of controls do work" you mean controls from the Customer insights card add-in?

We are looking into this further to help you. Thank you for your patience.

Yes, that's correct. I was able to add the customer details control and see data show up on the form, so I connectivity is established. With the customer details control, however, only three attributes from the profile were appearing on the form, which also seems a little weird.

We would like to investigate this issue ourselves. To be able to share details we ask you to file a support request.

These are the steps to take to start a support request:

    1. Sign into the Power Platform admin center with your admin credentials: admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/
    2. Select Help + support > New support request.

Please consult this page for details on support requests: docs.microsoft.com/.../get-help-support

Thanks for following up. This is actually for a trial instance, so I don't have the ability to open a support request.
