In a customer service module, while user is sending an email and searching for a contact and account ( to fill up CC, BCC, To etc) only contact and accounts associated with the particular cases would come in search results. Any pointer of implementing the functionality.

In the customer service hub, on emails from case entity - when you click on the cc field it will by default show the associated records. However, on clicking the magnifying glass it shows an option to see all records. Else you can use Change view option to set the view to Accounts/Contacts and choose which view's records you want it to display.
