Good day,
I have a user when printing invoices from the Remote Desktop the entire document does not print, the left side of the document is blank.
This scenario is intermittent I have already tried re-creating the profile which worked then the issue restarted. There are other users printing to the same printer via the Remote desktop and they do not have any issues.
If the other users are printing it can't the drivers on the Remote desktop.
Has anyone come across these issues, the printer is a Lexmark dot matrix.
