Receive More Quantity than Shipped in Transfer Order

Hi All,

I have a problem in transfer order. 

We cannot receive more quantity than shipped. It is a standard functionality. i can ship more quantity by enabling overdelivery checkbox.  it possible to receive more quantity than shipped. 

is it possible to update ship quantity, after shipping once it confirmed, so that i can receive more quantity. 

My warehouse team sending more quantity than shipped, it making lot of trouble while receiving at stores.

    Hello Karthcik,

    Before thinking about a way how to fix it, do you know the underlying reason why they send more than they ship?

    How can this happen and how can you possibly avoid that?

    Our warehouse and production team send quantity without counting, but they will not send less quantity. we complaint many times regarding this.

    This seems more like a process rather than an ERP system related issue.

    How much effort / time would it require your warehouse and production team to count the items before they send it? Is this feasible?
