Dynamics 365: allow multiple contacts

Posted on by 36

Hi,

I would like it to be possible to have multiple contacts attached to one case. Is that possible and if so, how?

Regards!

Hello, were you successful in doing this? I'd be interested in how you accomplished it!

    Hi Robberto,

As Andrew said, you can configure a multiselect lookup control for contact table, which can make you select multiple contacts on the case form.

Refer to the following link to configure it:

    https://byrondittberner.com/blog/2022/04/13/how-to-configure-a-multiselect-lookup-in-dynamics-365/

Or you can create new 1:N/N:N relationship between case and contact, then add sub-grid related to contact on the case form.

    Hello,

You can add multiple lookup fields or use connections for that purpose.
