Hi,
I tried to cancel a sale order ,but could not.
when checked the detailed status of the order, it shows Backordered.
refer below
what does the detailed status mean? what is meant by backordered

It means sales orders has not been delivered to a customer.
Please delete the picking list first and then try to cancel the sales order again.

This sale order has 3 lines , of which 2 lines been invoiced.
please advise which picking list needs to be deleted

I tried to remove the uninvoiced line from the Sale order. While doing, the following error appears
Please follow the error message. Go to inventory and warehouse management --> inquiries --> output orders and then delete the related order.
