Hi,

My client is trying to void item on screen "Sales Transaction Entry" and getting a message "You cannot void a document that contains posted deposits."

Other issue is we cannot change any value for this record. Only difference with this record and other we have is amount paid by visa debit.

Can you please help me or suggest ways to delete this record.

Your help will be appreciated.

Thank you Leslie but for some reason arrow near amount is Grey Ed out . Can you suggest some ways to change amount.

I even tried to delete this item I am getting error i.e. You cannot delete a document that contains posted deposits.

Thirdly I tried to convert order to invoice. When I did that I am getting

    0 Error during transfer

    0 document transferred successfully.

I also tried delete data from history table by going through tool > utilities > sales > remove sale transaction history.

But after doing all this I cannot void, delete or is unable to transfer document to invoice.

I am in fix can you suggest how can I void or delete this record .

You need to unapply the payment from the SOP document,
