Can't connect to remote dev machine

I'm not sure on which forum to post this question, so I will post it here and maybe you can suggest what to do.
Since this morning I can access my Dev machine, getting the error message below. It doesn't really makes sense because I started the machine from LCS this morning.
Few month ago also, I had this problem and just waiting for 30-60 minutes helped to log-in again. But now no waiting, restarting or anything helps.
Did any of you experience the same problem on your cloud-hosted machines? Is there any solution at all? By googling I found to deactivate some policies, but if I can't login on machine how can do that :)

    Hi Johnny,
     
    Like you said, you need to update the account lock policy. You should try to access the VM with the user account(not admin) on LCS. 
    Once you have access you can then edit the Account Lockout Policy.

    unfortunetelly it's not possible with User account. If I try to open "Local group policy" it says access denied.

    Try opening Local group policy "as administrator". I wouldn't expect it to work, but someone reported it worked for him.
