Hi,

I have a requirement to pick records from a queue but I do not want the record to be re-assigned. In our scenario User A owns the record and as it goes through the stages it will be updated by other users.

Is it possible, without custom code, to disable the auto-assignment of the record to the picker?

Hi,

This seems to be not achievable without custom code. The 'Pick' button has a hard coded action which will eventually assign a record to the user who is performing this action.

So you may have to think of some custom code to achieve this.
