Benefits on Emailed Advise Slips

I am wanting to remove the Sick time from displaying on the Emailed DD Advise Slip. Does anyone know how you could do this? Also when I go to test the layout for 02635PPDSO in the DD Advise Slip scree, it prints 82 pages when there is only one Advise slip calculated. It appears to be displaying every check they have received. Will this print correctly when I put it out on the server/App server?

Any assistance is appreciated.
