Receiving Error when posting Trasfer Order Journal

Hi all.

I have an issue. I want to post a transfer order journal. and ond this journal I've changed pallet number. expect pallet number everything is same.(Serial Number, batch number, location, warehouse)
I have 1 item on hand and I want to change this.

but When posting journal I receive error like this "1,00 cannot be picked because only 1,00 is/are available from the inventory."

hove can I solve this?

Can you check if there are reservations for this item?

I've checked it. There is no reservation on this item. I checked transactions. Data's seem true. On hand inventory seems true.

Please check both the inventory warehouse belongs to same site. If yes then definitely its a case of reservation against any output order or issue against sales order or production order.

Please go thought the inventory transaction you will get the cause.

I checked transaction. there isn't any abnormal stuation.

I debuged it. when I debuged I encounter on hand inventory is -1. so when I receive this orror system bring me absolute onhand inventory. so I see (-)*(-1) =1 on warning pane.

but I have one item.

is it normal?

Can you post the transaction to get the exact status of issue. normally due to reservation or output order you will not be able to post. you have to unreserved the inventory or delete the output order and then try it again.

I thoght There was a problem on customization.

I didn't change anything on tables.

I used counting journal.

I increased from 1 to 2 qty and I did what I want.

after I decreased form 1 to 0 qty.
