How can I make a job order with a multi serial number without stopping the process in case if there is any defect come in one of these serolials number?

Foe example I want to release a new production order, this production order have a number in this number have also a serial number for this item right. I can add more than one serial number in one production order, but the problem is if I have one of these serial number(one item) reject, so I cant close the production order I should wait for all Item to finish to can be close all.
