How can you use field level security fields in Real-time Journeys for building segments / creating emails with dynamic text.

I'm a System Admin and can Read/Write to the fields on an Account level - but when trying to use them in RTJ when building segments or emails it's stating that the field has additional security applied on it?

Any ideas.

Hi,

I encountered the same issue as you in my testing.

This issue occurs with both custom and default fields, even if I am the global administrator of the organization and have full read access to them.

Field security has been enabled for these fields.

Therefore, this should be a bug and it is recommended that you raise a support ticket to contact the product group.
