I need to set our system with Document Capture .. we have the tool and license for it, but I just cannot figure out how to capture...  for example our sales order from our email  address  Sales@xxx

If someone can give me steps slowly, meaning how to capture the PO from a particular customer and understand that could be different for each customer´s purchase order to us...

this i want to try tomorrow...

    is the document capture software an additional tool?

    is it an addon for dynamics nav?

    i cannot get the connex to dynamics nav.

    Can you please provide some more details about which software are you using for date capture?

    Please also share some scenario where and how you want to capture the document.

    You can also rather share your requirement in details so one can suggest the better option to do it.

    it is  ABBY fine reader... does that mean anything ?  or you need more info...

    there is a software put in our system as far as i know..   does  Document Capture 3.50.07 mean anything... just need to know how to set it up...

    hi, it seems that it's the scan software from continia. the software is not part of dynamics nav. it's an addon.

    the point is: each software comes with a documentation: pfd files, help docs, install guide, what ever. ask your support team for the docs.
