I have a client who select accounts, clicks on "Send Direct Email" button, selects a template and submits the email.
Unfortunately, the email does not get sent.
When he selects only one account at a time and send the email, it works. it does not work if he selects more than one account
I looked at the Email Message entity. there are no messages that show up at all. also there are no system jobs that show up.
I am at a loss in how to diagnose this.
