Can't Send Direct Email

I have a client who select accounts, clicks on "Send Direct Email" button, selects a template and submits the email.

Unfortunately, the email does not get sent.

When he selects only one account at a time and send the email, it works. it does not work if he selects more than one account

I looked at the Email Message entity. there are no messages that show up at all. also there are no system jobs that show up.

I am at a loss in how to diagnose this. 

I would appreciate any help

    I am trying to send a Direct Email to multiple accounts. I select the accounts , click on the "Send Direct Email" button, select the email template, choose "Selected Records on Current Page" and then click the "send" button. The dialog box closed, no email is sent and I do not receive any error message. No email shows up in the activities of any of the recipient accounts.

    When I repeat the steps above but selecting on one recipient, I am able to send the email, as it does show up in the recipient account.

    What could be the problem here? and where should I look to diagnose this?

    Go to advanced find & look for Email messages Entity. See the results if any emails triggered at all, failed or pending send. There may be some errors you can find there.

    Select limited number of records say 10/20/30 and see if any erroraneous records.

    Thanks for your reply.

    I checked the emails and I do not see the failed messages at all. I do see the ones that were sent singly, but none that were sent as part of a bulk send. there are no pending or fails. FYI, my tests are just 2 accounts at the same time. 1 at a time works, 2 do not

    Hi,

    can you check the account's record, is the email field set to allow?  If this field is set to Do Not Allow, when you send direct email, it will not work. So set it to Allow. Refer below picture.

    Hi partner,

    Check if you have turned this feature on:

    Go to Setting > Email Configuration Settings.

    Under the Marketing, whether Enable Direct Email via Mail Merge is set to Yes.

    If not, you can't send direct email. So set it to Yes.
