Hi,
I am trying to add a new Booking Status of Soft with below details, but i am getting the below error any idea?
Booking Status : Soft
Status : Proposed
Field Service Status - Tentative Booking(added new option)
Proposed bookings are not supported by Field Service, they are used by PSA or custom entities.
Thanks Alexander, does it mean, we can only have confirmed bookings? sounds like a common requirement to have tentative bookings for various scenarios.
The way that we created a tentative booking is set it to committed and the field service status of scheduled. Essentially it's a scheduled booking but with the tentative status we are able to filter/color code it.
you can have whatever booking status you want, but the Field Service status must be committed. I've had customers call a status Soft Booking for Work Orders, and use a specific color. Also, the Soft Booking status, even if booked to a resource, was filtered out from Mobile. I hope that helps.
