Thanks
Paras
Please go to inventory setup and in Average cost calculation type set as item if any other is mentioned.
This is the most probably reason for this type of issues.
IF you set as this i hope in future you will not face again this.
there is also more couple of reasons for this issue.
Please go by mentioned link: www.dynamicsnavconsultant.com/why-you-have-negative-inventory-value-with-0-quantity-%E2%80%93-navision-37b-to-navision-50

Thanks Paras,
For few Items it is working fine but for few items it also creating a new Junk Value.
Hi Ashish,
you can set off the value through revaluation journal.
please select any item ledger entry by apply to and repost.

Thanks Jonathan Archer,
But in our case this is not the reason...
In current system -ve inventory is allowed and may be because of that it is showing Following cases:
Inventory Value
-ve -ve (Case 1)
-ve +ve (Case 2)
+ve -ve (Case 3)
+ve +ve (Case 4)
At last I tried following in test environment:
1) ...../Home/Item Journals-Item Adjust Entry,
I adjusted cost as '1' & value as '1'.
2) Then through Physical Inventory process
I changed above values as cost as '0' & value as '0'
For few items it worked fine..
Kindly suggest any other solution, if you have.
seems that the data upgrade failed.
best you run it again.
