Kindly assist to solve this issue I am facing.
Our scenario is as follows~
14592 Main Account will be source for allocating amount on the basis of 14590 and 14591 Main Accounts closing balance for the month.
So, I used 'Basis' method and made 1 basis rule for 14590 and 14591.
Then I created ledger allocation rule as 'Basis' and used source as 14592 and then linked the basis rule from destination form.
But, While creating "Process allocation request", the amount is getting splitted with 50+50 method, means 14590 and 14591 has huge difference in monthly closing amount, but only allocating 50%+50% method.
Why not working as per the expectation.
