Customer's orders missing when accessing from CustTable form

Hi Experts.

i'm having an issue and i can't figure out why I'm facing such a behaviour.

When I am on the SalesTableListPage, I can see all sales orders. And I can filter on any customer :

When i go on the CustTable form here's a button in the SellRelatedInfo actiontab :

This should show me the same 2 sales orders in the screenshot above.

But it doesn't show me any sales order :

The only customizations we've made on the SalesTableListPageInteraction class are some controls visibility. I don't have any idea of what's happening. I tried to debug but i don't see any difference with our sandbox on which it's working fine.

Any clue would be appreciated :)

HI Maxime C,

In the screenshot, are you filtering based on the customer account or the invoice account? I believe the related sales orders works off the Sales order customer account and not the invoice account.

Hi Gunjan,

I'm filtering on the SalesAccount, anyway SalesAccount and InvoiceAccount are the same for these orders

Hi,

Of course, it's the same form, SalesTableListPage, calles by the menuitem SalestableListForm on which we pass the datasource CustTable

Hi Maxime,

Apart from the changes to SalesTableListPageInteration class, are there any other changes between the Development and Sandbox environments? Since you mentioned it is working fine in Sandbox.

Hi Gunjan,

I've compared the form CustTable (the caller form) the only changes we've made are some custom fields/buttons. It's the same for the SalesTableListPage form. On the SalesTableListePageInteraction we've add some code to show/hide these fields/buttons. But the DataSources are unchanged, And finally i checkk the query SalesTableListPage, they're exactly the same.

Hi Maxime,

I don't see why it would work in your sandbox environment and your Dev environment. The last thing I would suggest it is to comment the code you added to SalesTableListPageInteraction class, compile and do a full/incremental CIL. This is just to check if the new code is causing this issue.
