Bookable Resource - Start location Organizational Unit - Travel Time

Hi, 

The case: 

Bookable Resource Start and End Location is set to Organizational Unit. Organizational unit contains latitude longitude. 

Travel time is not calculated for the start of the day. Manually adding the latitude and longitude to the Bookable Resource itselves, solves the problem. But by default should this not taken over from the Organizational Unit address. Mapped or calculated from the Organizational Unit Address.

Of course we could solve it by adding plugin or flow but should it not be fixed out of the box?

    Hi partner,

    We cannot manually add the latitude and longitude to the Bookable Resource from the creation process, 

    For design reasons, we need to add the latitude and longitude to the organizational unit, which can be avoided by re-entering it when selecting Bookable Resource.

    Yes, and that is exactly the case. The organizational unit contains the latitude and longitude, but in that situation the scheduleboard is not calculating travel time start and end of the day. Adding it to the bookable resource it does.

    Is this behaviour not as expected?

    Hi Eline, Have you added in allowable travel in resources own time from start location to first job etc.  I am really struggling with Org Unit as start location and dont really see it as a powerful tool when using RSO.
