Good day all,
 
I am getting the above error message during the Reconcile to GL - Inventory module, when I click ok, the job ends and nothing is exported to Excel.
The reference 388596 is a valid document dated February 2023, the report period is March 2023 reconcile. April generates successfully.
 
Any pointers would be appreciated.
