Exchange Rate Type error in AX 2012 R3 Retail

Hi All,

I'm setting up a new store using the demo VM with different currency(I'm setting up new store in USRT entity). I noticed that when I maintenance the base sales price in Release Product Form, when I clicked on the Pricing button in Retail Store Form, then the following error prompted. If I remove the base sales price in Released product form, then the error will go away.

I also check the parameter setting in GL, AR and Retail, all the field related to rate type is set to Default. And the currency conversion also maintained.

Does anyone encounter same error? Any advice is much appreaciated.

Here is the Ledger maintenance the exchange rate type looks correct.

I also maintained the currency rate as below. But yet problem exist even try create new retail store

I tried if my store is using USD currency and release product maintained with base sales price, then no error. If the store is set to MYR, then the error will occur.

This setup seems to be correct, apart from this you can also check system currency and exchange rate type from system parameters, System administrator> General>under currency> select company currency and system exchange rate type.

You are refer to the following right?

It looks correct also. Now I suspect due to this reason, my product in the Retail POS does not reflect the price.
