This is not a functional or technical problem, I might be in the wrong place to ask this (if so I apologize). I just couldn't find anything, anywhere regarding this issue.
Basically our accountants in France are requesting the following, and I was wondering if Microsoft has document of some sort. Please see highlighted text.

A new tax obligation, better known as "Article 88" or "Anti-Fraud VAT Law", imposes on January 1, 2018, the use of certified software in accordance with the law.
The law requires the use of software that satisfies "conditions of inalterability, security, storage and archiving of data for the control of the tax administration. "
(Article 88 of the law n ° 2015-1785 of December 29, 2015 of finances for 2016 - Official Bulletin of the public finances BOI-TVA-DECLA-30-10-30-20160803).
Subject to VAT, we must be able to justify the use of a management software (accounting, ERP, etc.) in accordance with the law, by producing one of the following documents:
- a certificate issued by an accredited body under the conditions provided for in Article L. 115-28 of the Consumer Code.
- an individual certificate from the publisher of the software used to prove to the tax authorities that they comply with the "anti-fraud law".
