We have migrated the on-Premsis GP to Azure.
Now the integrations are getting error
DOC 1 ERROR: Syntax error in date in query expression 'UCase(CONTROL#) = UCase('125438278')'.
Control# is a string column and the same integration was working perfectly earlier. No changes made to the integration.
Can somebody help.
Hello,
I have not seen this specific issue come in through support, but I did find a few links online when searching on this errors, which appears to be a n Access Database error.
Potentially during your upgrade you would have jumped to higher versions of many products like Microsoft Access compared to what you were on previously and they might be reacting differently to your same integration that used to work on your old server. There really wouldn't be a whole lot of troubleshooting I could do through a forum post. I think if these links do not work for you it would be best to open a case.
Integration Manager Syntax Error (Missing Operator) In Query Expression – azurecurve
ms access - Syntax error in date in query expression for non-date fields - Stack Overflow
Based on these, it looks like having the # symbol on the column names is the cause of the issue, as Access reads those as Dates due to how it formats the data.
You could try right clicking on your sources in Integration Manger, go to Properties, and click on the Columns button. Then rename the column to exclude the hash symbol.
I hope this helps!
