Pulling account contacts into a marketing list

Hi,

So I am getting to grips with Dynamics CRM and I want to be able to select an account to be added to marketing list. When added to the marketing list, I want it to pull the contacts in that account into the mailer. At current it only pulls through the account email address, not any of the contacts.

How can I achieve this?

Hi Kate,

You could create a dynamic marketing list. In that list you search for all contacts of all accounts in e.g. New York. This would be:

Look for Contact

And Company Name (Account) Contains data

And Address 1: City equals New York.

Of course you can filter on any attribute of contact and/or account.
