NAV mobile application does not respond

Dear Sir,

Have you experienced in NAV mobile issue ?. 

When creating sales order, most of the time when we try to select a customer from the list, the app does not respond. Sometimes it responds if we tap 2-3 times. Sometimes the app crashes when attempting to show a credit check warning. Could you please share how to fix it.

    I use nav 2016 on android phone. NAV db including more than one companies. I found the issue on some company. It is not respond when selecting customer from the list. However, when I change the company and try to perform selecting the customer, It is working fine. I'm not sure, what is difference between the company. The customization is the cause of this issues ?.

    I support Manish Sharma's statement as I have not experienced the same issue. Can you provide more details, what platform you are using and which system build?

    I just tried with standard database and it shows the customer in one click and quickly.
