Trigger - Contact added to a specific Marketing List

Hey,
 
did anyone of you encounter / or already executed the building of a custom trigger, that tracks/activates when a specific person is added to a marketing list?.  I would like to keep track of when peoples were added to a marketing list over a given period of time for reporting purposes. So I went and tried to give the milestone reporting dashboard a try that can track up to 5 triggers.
 
Thus I thought creating a custom trigger that somehow tracks the activity when a person is added to a marketing list I could easily set up such an reporting!
 
If anyone hast a suggestion / or  own experience I highly appreciate it :).

    thanks for the reply!
     
    Based on the provided logic I could also create a activity for example in order to show an activity list where I can filter these activities based on the date (timestamp)?. Just asking because we would like to be able to quickly review/report how manny people subscribed to a specific subscription list "today" for example :).

    Hi,
     
    This can be achieved using Power Automate Flow.
    The first step in the Filter Rows fills in an expression to specify the Marketing List to be added.
     
    Enter the GUID of the specified contact in the conditions of the /Apply to each/ step.
    Finally, an email notification can be sent containing when the contact was added to which marketing list.
