LCS - Automatic Platform Update

Hi, I am wondering if I can apply automatic Platform Update for my training project that I have set up on my VM.
 
On, one of the blogs I saw that you can do it on Production Environment but I didn't found anything about Training Environment.
 
I find this platform updates quite boring, so I am searching for a workaround.
