Hi
we have a requirement that we want to Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with a insurance system called " Entsia"?
have someone previously worked on this?
Link into Entsia for Account Management
Accounts structure, LOA, acquisitions and mergers should be managed from CRM and fed automatically into PAS
To update accounts within Entsia through the CRM
Contact database and reporting
Maintain contacts and accounts in the CRM for access and information sharing.
Store broker and partner information for ease of use and access
Mail merge and correspondence options
Ability to easily send out communications to our contacts both all and specific segments – Lets consider software for mailouts?
Comms to multiple email addresses
Allow for mailouts from pre-made mailing lists
Link to Power BI
Account structure linked to Power BI for reporting purposes.
Agents will require policy lists and claims status reports
Allow for reporting
Broker Portal
Ability for brokers to have limited view and usage of the CRM to use as the source of truth.
Brokers can manage their own users and own customer holdings.
you need to check if "Entsia" offers APIs in order to integrate, like this request you have "To update accounts within Entsia through the CRM"
Does anyone have worked on its integration before. I cant find that whether Entsia provides an API to connect external system.
