Microsoft Dynamics AX (Archived)

Ax 2012 retail online store Catalog is published but listing status shows "None"

i am trying to publish a catalog to Contoso Online store. it says its published but listing status says none. so not sure whats wrong? because i figured thats an issue since its not publishing any update on online store even after catalog is published.  attaching screenshot.

    As I am working on this as well, I looked at the error logs since the Retail Publishing Job is failing.   

    I see two:

    1)

    Critical - Sharepoint Foundation

    The Execute method of job definition Microsoft.Dynamics.Retail.Ecommerce.SP.Publishing.Connector.RetailPublishingJob (ID 10cd5cf5-e2c5-4e8b-b849-effdbd43acea) threw an exception. More information is included below.

    at Microsoft.Dynamics.Retail.Ecommerce.Sdk.Core.Publishing.Publisher.PublishCatalog(ICatalogPublisher catalogPublisher)
    at Microsoft.Dynamics.Retail.Ecommerce.SP.Publishing.Connector.PublishingEntry.Publish(Configuration appConfig)

    To get listings' publishing status you need to dothis:

    1. Execute the PJOB

    2. Execute Retail->Periodic->Update listing status

    Then you will be able to see all or individual listings' statuses in Catalog screen.

    As for the TAG - see community.dynamics.com/.../363687.aspx
