Hi,

We are carrying out inventory count today. We setup stock count sheets using Inventory > Transaction Entry > Stock Count Schedule. Count sheets printed perfectly with the quantity in the system.

Now that the actual count has been done and we are trying to enter the results by going to Inventory > Transactions > Stock Count Entry, system is showing zero quantities. This has never happened before.

Can any one suggest what could we be doing wrong.

Do you mean the numbers circled in green are zero? Does the captured qty show as zero?

Hi, can you please be specific on how you managed to sort out this zeros problem on your stock count, because this is actually giving us headaches when it comes to verifying all these non quantities?
