GP2016 - GP hangs when user tries to Transfer an Order

Hi,

For some users GP completely hangs if a user has an Order in Sales Transaction Entry window open and clicks on Actions > Transfer.

I have logged in as sa and nothing happens when I try the same.

Any ideas?

    I would start by getting everyone out of GP and running these commands in SSMS. If that does correct the issue then perform a 
    backup and run check links on the sales work tables.

    DELETE DYNAMICS..ACTIVITY 
    
DELETE DYNAMICS..SY00800 
    
DELETE DYNAMICS..SY00801 
    
DELETE TEMPDB..DEX_LOCK 
    
DELETE TEMPDB..DEX_SESSION
