Released Products Screen opening with no data

I have two legal entities like TM-1 and TM-2 when i open Products, Released Products screens from TM-2 legal entity. They are opened perfectly fine.

When I move to TM-1 legal Entity and opened Products screen (by right click open) Released products screen, it opened with empty data in the form with "No Record " as Title.

Thats my problem. When I open it by right clicking and view detail or double click to open or edit it, its not showing data on form for TM-1 but works fine for TM-2.

I tried resetting user data, restarted client and tried with new records but no luck.

Can someone help me how can I fix this/ or how to approach this to solve these kind of issues?

A product must be released to a legal entity before you can see it. Probably you only have it released to one of them, but not the other.

If they are released to both, and your products were imported from somewhere, you may be missing records that are in an inner join relation on the InventTable. That will make the record not visible. First of all check what you have in InventTable, then check the connected tables like InventTableModule to see if all records exist.

all products are released to both the companies, and neither the products were imported ,data exists in table.......

i just released two new items and these two items shows perfectly fine but all items before today show no data....

like it was working all fine two three days ago, it all started yesterday

can someone help me understand that is this a functional problem means has someone changed the setup parameters or this problem is a result of things happen at the back end like join and etc

If the data exist in the table and not showing in the form.

Then it is due to inconsistency in the data, such as tables which are linked with joins might not have relevant records in other tables.

Probably technical person might figure out the issue. We experienced the same due to site, warehouse settings, I couldn't reproduce it now.

If it was workign three days ago and is not working today then someone has run something to update the data and have corrupted it and created an inconsistency - if the data exists in TM-2 InventTable then it has been released, but a related table is not incorrect, or a new related table is not populated.

Find out what update was applied in the last three days.

i synchronized the database and found this error

can this be the reason of data inconsistency due to which no data is showing on the form??

and if this is the reason, kindly help me resolve this error??
