Looking for some suggestion on controlling access to applications in Unified Service Desk based on Business Unit defined in CRM. We have multiple Business Units and every BU have large number of users. Now we have to manage application access in Unified Service Desk to the users based on their BU. For example BU 1 sees different set of applications compared to BU 2. Is there any OOB way of achieving the same at BU level in USD ? We have a large user base so not possible to set configurations at user level.
