I have setup workflow approvals for Purchase Quotes and Purchase Orders.
I have set them both up identically with Approval Type = Salesperson/Purchaser and Approver Limit Type = Approval Chain.
The Approval works fine for purchase orders but does not work for purchase quotes.
I get the message "No sufficient approver was found in the approver chain."
I then disabled my purchase quote workflow and modified my purchase order workflow to look at Document Type = Order or Quote.
I still get the same issue that the order works fine, but the quote does not.
I have even tried setting all my users to Unlimited Purchase Approval.
Any suggestions would be aprciated.

Thank you for submitting this scenario here.
I found some tips which had been suggested for a similar situation/error:
Purchase Quotes are handled separately from other Purchase records by Request Amount Approval Limit/Unlimited Request Amount Approval. It is mentioned in the Unlimited tooltip:
Ideally last approver should have Unlimited Request Approval checked in Approval User Setup. It is mentioned if you run Approval User Setup Test on the same page.
Also Approval Administrator doesn't affect Amount Approval limits in any way.
If you find that you are still unable to get the approval for the quotes to route as needed, then please raise a support request with Microsoft support via your CSP/Partner.
