Hello, we purchased an additional quantity of licenses for one of our customers, on top of the original quantity of 20 users they first purchased, in order to get them to full user count for deploying the production environment and getting ready for go-live. However, we're still not seeing these licenses in LCS (the CSP purchase was made yesterday and the subscriptions have been in an active state for a while now) - are there any additional steps we should take in order to activate these licenses in LCS? Thanks!
Have your M365 global admin look for the licenses in the M365 admin portal.
Hello Jovana,
I would agree to Knee comments that you need to reach out to your gobal admin tenant or check with the CSP or who ever you purchased from.
incase its still not reflecting then I would suggest you to reach out to your accounts contact in Microsoft .
Regards,
Harshal
Thank you, we've had the customer's global admin look for them in the admin portal, the Operations, Activity and Team Member licenses are there, but the Device licenses are not showing up - any idea why?
I am exactly not sure why it is not showing but would try to check the license guide. Additionally I found the below which you can refer regarding device license.
