Can D365 CRM Online instance have Multi-tenant option

Currently, we have CRM On-Premise with a Muti-Org structure, which means you can see multiple CRM instances in your deployment manager.
I want the below kind of architecture where DB for each CRM will be separate.
Let me know what version or variant of D365 is best suited for the below kind of architecture.
