Hello Forum,I am using the "view in browser" feature in my marketing email. The resulting link points to marketingusercontent.com (I don't want to post the exact link for privacy reasons). Can anyone confirm to me if this link is somehow reachable from the outside via google? We don't want to make the newsletter externally reachable, but it is not possible for me to check (bswp with robots.txt) if the link is externally reachable. Is there more information about this? Many greetingsMarioTranslated with DeepL
After some research its possible to get random newsletter by using google and just search for "marketingusercontent.com".
What do I have to set so that this newsletter is not publicly accessible? Thanks in advance
Hi Mario,
Thank you for raising the question. I had to run some conversation before replying to you.
The product doesn't support the ability to disable having your public access points from being scanned within web crawlers.
If you don't want to allow your newsletter to be searchable, you will have to turn off the "View in Browser" feature.
Thanks,
PM, Microsoft.
