Hi Experts,

We have an issue , 2 days before we increased C  drive size of DB server because it was. After increasing size of C drive we face many issue, all users old setup hide  for example add to my favorite something. But here main issue is now most of users can access many Modules with same roles as shown in above images. I added Test server environment image and Production server environment. In Production you can watch more than 6 modules and in Test only 1 module. Why ?????

Best Regards,

Shabir Ahmad

    Hi Shabir,

You mentioned the C-drive on the DB server increased? If the database and all other related components itself did not got changed, it could not have this effect. Can you verify if something else changed as well? Have you verified if the roles and role assignments are still the same as in the test environment?

    Hello Dr. Ludwig Reinhard ,

    - Are any personalizations of your users 'left'?  Yes, personalization of all users left.

Are the roles that you setup still work as before or do all users have additional / admin rights?   The roles are working but addition modification took place as i mentioned before, many user can access additional modules with old roles.

    Best Regards,

    Shabir Ahmad

    Hello Shabir Ahmad,

What you describe sounds as if there was going something wrong when you increased the drive size.

Did you receive any warnings/error message when increasing the size?

    In AX:

    - Are any personalizations of your users 'left'?

    - Are the roles that you setup still work as before or do all users have additional / admin rights?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
