I'm trying to connect an on-prem Exchange IMAP server to D365 online, but it's not working. I'm getting various authentication errors.
Our IT support company have setup the firewall to allow traffic through to the Exchange server on the ports specified in the email profile.. Has anyone any experience of getting this to work?

Hope you are doing good. Thanks for your query.
When you connect D365 to Exchange (Online or on-prem), You have to use Exchange EWS service.
https://outlook.office365.com/ews/exchange.asmx (Exchange Online) or https://emailserver.com/ews/exchange.asmx (Exchange on-prem)
IMAP/POP/SMTP is supported on Gmail and Yahoo, Its not supported on Exchange.
