hello, i using the purchase & sales Journal, i made an approval workflow for both journals, but how can make send for approval appears in the ribbon.

Hi Paras,
i'm using NAV 2017 & 2018 , when you make a workflow for sales & purchase journal, you need to send for approval which is not appear in the ribbon, the record found later in restricted record you can delete the record so the user can post the journal.
but this is not accepted for customers they need a way to use send for approval request.

I am using 2016 and there is option for workflow process as u can see in screen shot.

Hi,
it is a known issue that Purchase & Sales journals don't have approval action on them. Meaning, that even if you set the approval workflow, there is no way to send the journal for approval. The action on the journal has to be developed
