Need to create a case when customer raised any issue directly from chatbot

when customer pings on bot and he wants to create case from app as well as portal when he uses chatbot

    Hi,
     
    I'm afraid that's not possible.
    When I try to use the Automatic record creation and update rules to automatically create cases, the only relevant of the supported activity types is conversation.
