Hi All,
Im working with the Ribbon Workbench for the first time and was tasked to hide the Case 'Resolved Case' button based on a rule. I have this part working fine, however, now the Resolved Case button no longer works when clicked. Is there anything else I need to add when modifying a system button like this?
Hi Adam Travers,
The images are not clear. I think you changed the command from the button. You just need to click on the Customize command. Add a new rule and bind it with the existing command. For more details read my blog.

Let me know if I can provide you with more details.

Hi Abdul,
Many thanks for taking the time to respond. The links below should show the images more clearer as I think I have selected the customised command within the button properties control as per your response?

As per the screenshot, my thinking is correct.
There should be something that starts with 'msdyn' similar to the button Id. Did you follow my blog? It has some clear steps.
Thanks Abdul. I have checked and this is the only option I have within the dropdown menu for the Command property. I have looked at your blog but as per the new screenshot I dont have any other options to select
Do you have any backup of this table? Bring it back to the previous state. Right Click on the button and then like on Customize Command. No need to do anything with the button. Create a new enable rule and associate it with the existing command. Again no need to create a new command.
Many thanks Abdul I will restore the table and give it a try again as per your instructions
Your solution worked perfectly! Thanks again for taking the time to help me with this issue.
