Smartlist 1099 Box with Vendor

I did not find this in another thread so I wanted to ask:

In Smartlist, (or any report really), is there a way to print a report which provides all 1099 Vendors and their respective 1099 boxes?  Not sure if I'm overlooking something, but I can't seem to find this.

Thank you,

    Hi Jerry-

SmartList Builder is a separately licensed product from eOne Solutions.

SmartList Designer should be part of your GP install. Open SmartList, go to the Purchasing group, click on Purchasing and then click New in the ribbon. That should open up SmartList Designer.

    Thank you.

Thank you for your answer Jerry.  I am having an issue navigating to the SmartList Builder in GP.  Ours is GP 2018 version 18.00.0704 (R2).  Could this version not have that function?

    Thank you.

    Hi Jerry-

For whatever reason, the box number field isn't available in SmartList. What you can do is either use SmartList Designer or SmartList Builder to edit the existing SmartList. You'd need to join the PM00200 table to the Vendors table and then you can add the TEN99BOXNUMBER field.

You're essentially joining the vendor view that SmarList uses to the Vendor Master table to get the one missing field.

Or if you want to do it in SQL, it is a simple query:

    SELECT A.*, B.TEN99BOXNUMBER from VENDORS A INNER JOIN PM00200 B ON A.[VENDOR ID]=B.VENDORID WHERE [1099 TYPE] <> 'NOT A 1099 VENDOR'

    I hope this helps.

    Thanks.

    Joe
