maybe you can help me with a problem that had been occured since July this year.
I´ve created a marketing E-Mail template with personalized areas in the subject and the e-mail body (salutation).
In the past everything was correctly displayed in the different e-mail clients (web and mobile).
But recently that doesn't work anymore. Although I haven`t made any changes within the template (neither by the designer nor the HTML) the personalization is no longer displayed in the e-mail clients.
I would be very thankful if anybody from you had the same issue or knows how to solve that.
Of course, I do not rule out that it could also be a Microsoft bug. ;-)

Not sure what could be going on - have you have confirmed that the source data (i.e., records you are using for personalization data) are still present and have the right data? If yes, then please submit a support ticket with full details of the email HTML and what values you are expecting. Also clarify in the ticket if this is outbound or real-time.
