How to add an multi select option set in Marketing Forms

Has anyone tried implementing multi select option set in Marketing Forms? I am surprised this is not available and it would be great to have this in future releases of Marketing App.

Hi Hakki,

Firstly I need to confirm the Marketing Forms that you mentioned. Do you mean the Marketing sitemap like below screenshot?

If it is, you could't add multi-select option set field in the site map area. If you mentioned Marketing List Form like following:

You could normally add the Multi-Select Field. If there's any mis-understanding, pls kindly inform me.

Hello,

In order to clarify also on previous response: With "Marketing forms" you refer to the submission form concept that can be embedded into "Marketing Pages" or external web sites which Dynamic 365 offers to marketing customer as the means for publishing landing pages to a web audience.

Multi select option set fields are indeed not yet supported on those marketing forms. As a workaround today you would need to break the option into separate fields on the contact entity.

We look at adding muti select option set type for a future release also for marketing forms.

Hi Christian,

Thanks for your response and confirming that Multi-select option is not available in "Marketing Forms" that can be hosted on landing pages. I can add multi-select option fields in Dynamics 365 Contacts or Accounts, but was asking about linking these fields to Fields in Marketing Forms.

It would be great if multi-select option is included in future road-maps of Dynamics 365 Marketing App. I am surprised something like this has not been included.

Do you plan to launch this soon? If not, do you have a better workaround than creating a field for each option... I have a lot of fields with several options... That is not very realistic to manage my data with that many fields...
