I have a questions, In Purchase line details, Why template ID selection is disabled once I use FA Group ?
need advice. is there any missing setup ?

There is no setup to enable it. There is method canApplyAllocationOrDistributionTemplate on purchReqLine and it returns false if you have FA group filled in. Probably functional guys can explain the reason behind.

I guess this thread is related to the one you created for the fixed assets community.dynamics.com/.../225000
The issue with this is that the acquisition is posted to a value model and that the value model can only have one single financial dimension value attached that will later on be used for depreciating the fixed asset.
So, even if you manage to split the fixed asset voucher in the PO by making use of a template, it won't help much because the financial dimension used for the depreciation is determined by the single financial dimension value - your DIV1 - that is setup at the value model level.
