I'm trying to set up enhanced collaboration experience within microsoft 365 sales hub and teams chat. Please give me the steps to be able to display the collaborate button on an opportunity, contact, account, lead record in microsoft sales hub.

Do you want to make and receive Teams calls in Dynamics 365 Sales Hub?

If so, please configure Microsoft Teams dialer to make and receive Teams calls directly from apps.
