Hi All,

We have a requirement to create a new portal website based on the existing portal.

Steps we followed to copy:

We have created a COI website for coi requirements. We need to migrate existing customer self-service portal to newly created website.

We tried to migrate portal records from XRM toolbox, but it is overriding the existing customer self-service portal. This is not working as there might be chances of GUIDs conflicts.

Could you please guide how can we migrate customer self-service portal records to newly created COI website.

Use XrmToolBox or Configuration Migration Tool to export portal records with new GUIDs, then import into the COI website.
Update all imported records to reference the new Website ID, and fix any broken links or permissions manually.
Avoid direct overwrite to prevent conflicts.
